• Return the items following the provided instructions. We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear in your account within 1-5 business days after processing.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange services to ensure that you get the right size or style. The exchange policy applies to items that are unused, unworn, and in the following conditions:

• The exchanged item must be available in our store in the desired style, size, or color.

• Our team will assist you in selecting an alternative item and provide the return address.
• Return the original item following the provided instructions, and we will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.

Note: If the new item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference to you.

3. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Lingerie, swimwear, and other intimate items
